She is working on a dirty soda bar in march and a passport event to highlight the amenities at the Metropolitan in April for residents and prospect residents. She has found ways for us to highlight/market our properties in a new ways. she creates a premier experience for our residents and opportunities for future residents to rent with us.

Darin Horner
RCC
Got a chance to work closer with Darin at The Flats. I have been around him on other projects, but this one was different. I really noticed the partnership he created with the RPMR team. Very friendly and talkative daily with our team. Learned little things about him and his family! Made sure to share updates if he knew of anything and really tried to make sure he helped complete everything at the building. If he had a question, he would come find myself or Lindsey O to make sure he was completing the way we envisioned, it. If there was an adjustment needed, he just rolled with it. Really enjoyed getting to know him better and working with him.

miguel Mercado
rW
Miguel from day 1 has always been forthright on his abilities as a lead person. For starters Miguel is always on time, typically 15-20 mins. on the jobsite. Second of all Miguel has a very positive attitude towards the job and life in general, he is devoted to making sure all tasks given too him are executed as flawless as possible. Miguel expresses the need for everyone to work safely and efficiently on site. Miguel is just one of the many driving forces behind the success and the amount of work that gets completed on a day to day basis. Miguel is a “lead by example” type of individual which is the cornerstone of why the State Lab project has ran as smooth as it does. Miguel is very eager to promote himself to learn more about this industry and is always eager to learn, example: i have taken him under my wing and teaching Miguel how to read blue prints to become even more of a asset to Roers. Miguel is a very well adaptive individual, and is not afraid to take on any task given to him.

Nic Braun
RW
Nic took the opportunity to step up when his lead man was pulled to a different job and successfully completed the punch list at the BSC Polytechnic building job in Bismarck. This list started with a 100 plus items. He did this needing very little assistance.
We appreciate his willingness to take the opportunity to tackle this list on his own with minimal help.

Matthew Leidy
RW
Matt holds safety to the highest level. When he is not submitting up to 5 near misses in a single day, he is bringing up new safety products or systems to the safety manager or other administrators as new ways to quell hazards on the jobsite. Matt is not afraid to talk to other companies’ person-in-charge if he feels like they need a lesson in safety right-stat-now.

Justin Barta
RCC
Justin has been part of the safety committee for six months now, and his input is invaluable. He takes inspections and near-miss entries seriously, which we need from our active committee members. He is very observant about hazardous site conditions and will go out of his way to correct any issues.

Jeremy Olson
RPMR
Jeremy has been doing an amazing job communicating with leasing agents and closing the “gap” between maintenance and RPM. He has a lot of experience and also teaches us things that we do not know, so that we are able to explain to tenants some issues that happen with maintenance things.

Karen Tovar Serrano
rCC
Karen is not only a kind-hearted soul, but she is my lifesaver! When I am going to be out of the office or need to attend an afternoon meeting, she will step up and watch the front desk with no questions. She is willing to step in and help where she is needed. She is constantly on the move and shows zero overwhelmed, stress or frustration. She is a happy & proud individual! If you do not know Karen, then you really should!

His dedication, teamwork, and commitment to Roers make him an invaluable part of our team and truly deserving of recognition.

Ethan Saunders
RCC
Ethan is being nominated for his outstanding contributions to multiple projects. When we were short-handed on equipment operators, he stepped up in a variety of ways to keep our projects moving forward. Earlier in the summer, Ethan hauled equipment to our Crookston project using the semi. Later that same week, he filled in driving the gravel truck for several West Fargo paving projects. He also hauled the mini hoe to Oriska and operated on site to assist with a project where a subcontractor had fallen behind, helping bring the schedule back on track. More recently, Ethan hauled the track hoe to the TKE project, skillfully navigating through tight residential neighborhoods. In Jamestown, he operated both the bulldozer and skid steer, fine grading and placing black dirt with the landscape rake to help wrap up the project. Whether he is assisting superintendents, supporting crews in the field, operating equipment, or putting on his tools to help get the job done, he shows up each day with a can-do attitude and a go team mindset. Ethan is dedicated, adaptable, and hardworking. He is a versatile asset to the company, and a key part of Roers success.

Kevin Cazarez
RW
Kevin exhibits a class of good attitude both in the field and outside the company. Kevin is not afraid to ask questions about all ranges of either our scope of work or that of other trades, he is eager to learn the “how” & “whys” about the entire process of a project. Kevin’s biggest attribute is he is a “Thinker”, he poses himself to always trying to make a task work smoother and more efficient, which i have witnessed first hand numerous times in a years duration working side by side with Kevin. Kevin is always at work and is steadfast on being on time. Kevin is also a very respectful individual both towards other coworkers and other trades onsite.

Gavin Day
RCC
SAFETY – Gavin does his best to report the hazards he comes across in the form of near misses. He calls the safety manager multiple times per month to clarify safety regulations or ask for safer options on how to complete his task. Early on in his tenure, he expressed interest in joining the safety committee, and in August, he was asked to become a member. We look forward to what he can bring to the table at the monthly meetings.

Alexia McCoy
RPMR
She has taken on the role of scheduling vendors and always goes above and beyond. She is always willing to help answer questions and if she does not know the answer, she will figure it out.Alexia has helped me immensely!! She is always willing to show me new things, help answer any questions that me and Leah have. She works super hard and deserves all good things! Alexia teaches me new things every single day. She is very helpful, kind, and takes on extra tasks without any complaints. She is on top of every single task, and we also team up and help each other out to get things done quickly and in a timely manner. She works super hard every single day. We bounce new ideas off of each other to ensure things are being taken care of around the properties and with residents. She is very easy to work with as we both have the same work ethic and productiveness. Working with her has been amazing and I’m very glad to be her coworker.

Devin Odenbach
RCC
Devin does a fantastic job of controlling his jobsite through the lens of safety. He does right thing 99% of the time and for the remaining 1% he makes a call to get clarification. He does a great job managing subcontractors’ safety through communication and organization. Devin is well-respected amongst his peers and gives back that respect where it is due. He’ll give you a chance to speak your piece and use that to further his skills and expertise.

Beth Brasel
RMI
I typically have a lot of invoice questions, due to not enough information on invoices and whatnot, and she ALWAYS helps me to the best of her ability. If she’s not sure and has to look deeper, she replies right away and lets me know on each of the invoices. Always polite, always prompt, and she always seems to have all the answers I need to get my job completed properly. Appreciate her TONS!! Her positive attitude, and ability to get the information needed in a fast manner – helps make MY job easier.

Jacob Dettling
RCC
Jacob took a tough phone call from me the other day. “I need you to stop an imminently dangerous activity on your site, I can see on the camera, roofers without fall protection.” Without missing a beat, this young man was using his outdoor voice to shut these unsafe workers down, WITH AUTHORITY! He didn’t wait and see, he didn’t take no for an answer, he did what needed to be done and he may have prevented a serious injury or fatality. Jacob is always grinning, and that glowing personality lift morale on site. He is thirsty for knowledge and heading towards a great career in construction. He also won the Fantasy Football Championship amongst the RCC field members.
