What Training is Offered?
Roers provides an initial orientation to the company and follows up with initial and ongoing training specific to a position and department. Roers does provide annual and on-going training to employees; some essential skills development and also job-specific development.
What type of schedule do employees work?
An employee’s schedule is arranged according to the business needs of the division they are working in and may change during busier times of a project or during the year.
