As you may have heard, The View  On University apartment project is in full construction mode by Roers and now exciting details are ready to be shared with the public.   We are thrilled to be able to share the initial internal vision of The View and introduce you to the designer helping bring the vision to life. 

 The Building  

The View  On University  project is an 81–unit complex located along University in North Fargo. The apartment building is design for residents who want to be close to the action on campus but can escape from their busy life with the warm and welcoming amenities when they are home.   

 Opening summer of 2021, the building will be all inclusive rent, engaging amenities, and quality security and safety.  The View On University provides desired amenities, all-inclusive rent, and a very convenient location.   

The Design   

 When creating a vision for the entire project our goal is to develop a building that has a welcoming feeling where residents want to engage with friends and their pets.   

 In this post, we want to bring back one of our favorite Interior Designer, Christen Anderson, from Christen Joy. Christen has been the lead designer on multiple projects for us and we love working with her. To learn even more about her read our introduction blog.

 Christen has been tasked to lead the look and feel for The View units and common area spaces and we are ecstatic with what we have come up with.  

 ‘Having the opportunity to partner with Roers on another apartment complex brings me great joy. They’re always up-leveling what they offer their residents which in turn allows me to continue to evolve with my designs. I look forward to sharing fresh, new concepts that will be a perfect fit for those enjoying the spaces within The View on University,” commented Christen.  

 When we say all-inclusive, we mean it! State of the art technology, fitness room, The Bark Club (Yes – a dog spa!), Level Up gaming room, seven study rooms, bike racks, are just a few of the items will be at your disposal when you live at The View.
