Do you know a resident who deserves a little something for being awesome?? 

Roers Property Management would like to recognize one resident from each property as our ‘Roers Resident of the Quarter.’

Residents, management, parents and more are encouraged to nominate their favorite resident(s). The winner will be selected on the as follows:

Q1: January – March (announced in April)
Q2: April – June (announced in July)
Q3: July – September (announced in October)
Q4: October – December (announced in January)

The winning resident will receive a rent credit and social media recognition. 

We want you to know how much we appreciate all of our residents and cannot wait to give out a little extra recognition!
