Roers is proud to be part of the renovation of the historic Barnes County Courthouse, helping modernize the facility while preserving its legacy for future generations.
This renovation project includes comprehensive mechanical system upgrades throughout the Barnes County Courthouse to improve building performance and occupant comfort. The scope of work features selective interior demolition to accommodate new HVAC and piping systems, replacement of existing acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) grid systems, and construction of a new masonry enclosure to house the transformer, chiller, and generator. These improvements will enhance the courthouse’s infrastructure while supporting its continued operation for years to come.
