Roers is excited to partner with Kwik Trip once again to bring a new Kwik Star location to the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Located off 52nd Street, this new wood-framed convenience store and fuel center will provide customers with the quality products and services Kwik Star is known for. The project includes comprehensive site development and construction, featuring site preparation, utility infrastructure, parking lot paving, curb and gutter installation, and extensive landscaping improvements.
The building will incorporate a variety of high-quality materials and finishes, including brick veneer, metal roofing, aluminum storefront systems, EIFS, tile, and custom casework. The development will also include a car wash facility, supported by specialized concrete work and metal fabrications. Interior construction will feature finished carpentry, drywall, suspended ceilings, and modern mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, creating a functional and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
This location is on track to be completed in October 2026.
