Roers is proud to partner with Beyond Shelter on a new affordable housing development in Fargo. This three-story, wood-framed apartment community will feature 39 residential units, a detached garage, and amenities designed to enhance the resident experience, including a community room, fitness center, and on-site management office. The project encompasses comprehensive site development, structural construction, and the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, creating a high-quality living environment for the community.
This project is projected to be completed in the fall of 2027.
