When will The Skyline be open?
Construction is underway at The Skyline! The opening date is August 1st, 2026. We are currently inviting prospective residents to sign up for our priority waiting list so that we can reach out to them when we are ready to go public with our rents and leasing season on January 15th.
Where is The Skyline located?
The Skyline is located at 1758 12th Ave N in Fargo. This is adjacent to the NDSU campus. It is convenient not only to campus but other North Fargo attractions such as restaurants, ball fields, parks, the FargoDome, airport, shopping and more.
How many units will there be at The Skyline?
There will be 88 units at The Skyline within the five floors of the building.
What type of units will be available?
There are a variety of units available for your lifestyle. For those wanting a place to themselves there are efficiency and one-bedroom units. There are a few different two-bedroom options. Three is definitely not a crowd in the spacious three-bedroom units.
Is parking included with the units?
Due to the limited parking lot space, all surface parking and on-level parking will be an additional fee. Pricing for surface and on-level parking will be available on January 15th.
How can someone reserve a unit?
Interested prospects can submit a request to be contacted by a Roers Leasing Agent now. Once we can start leasing the units, the leasing agents will contact the waitlist to set up a tour and start the application process.
Are the leases set up as rent per bedroom or unit?
All roommates on the lease are jointly and severely liable for the monthly rental amount.
What utilities will be included in rent?
All utilities (including internet) are included except for electricity. Optional expenses are parking and cable TV.
What amenities are available at The Skyline?
There are many great amenity rooms that The Skyline has to offer including Lobby with coffee bar, package room, bike storage room, reading/calming room & massage chair, fitness center with sauna, study room, rooftop lounge with outdoor patio access to a grilling area.
When can someone tour a unit?
3D floor plans of the unit types, renderings of our amenities, and details about what living at The Skyline will be like is available on rentwithroers.com. Currently, we are inviting prospective residents to submit an interest form so that we can reach out to them for more details.Our goal is to begin tours mid-January to the construction site.
What are the lease prices for units at The Skyline?
The owners and management are currently working on setting the lease rates for each unit type. The rates will be competitive with nearby apartments. Lease rates will be available on January 15th.
Will The Skyline residents be eligible for the Roers Perks Program?
Definitely! The Roers Perks Program is a perk for residents at any Roers property in Fargo.
If someone refers someone to live at The Skyline, will he/she receive any incentives?
We believe that great friends can make great neighbors! We take pride in ensuring our properties are welcoming and we encourage our residents to invite friends and family to live with us too. If someone refers another person to live at The Skyline, he/she will receive a $250 referral bonus as a thank you from Roers.
