Roers is completing the demolition of the existing TKE Fraternity House and constructing a brand-new facility in its place. The new two-story home will feature a full basement with a Chapter Room and Study Lounges, while the main floor will include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The second floor will house the bedrooms, creating a functional and modern space for the fraternity.
