This project is a complete demolition of the existing rest stop and site amenities for new construction. The new site work will include a new multi-colored concrete courtyard with four shelters for public use. There will be new green spaces as well as an enclosed dog park for travelers. The building will include a structural steel and masonry structure including structural glulam beams in the lobby space.
