The Bremer Bank located on the highly visible 45th Street in Fargo underwent a major remodel. Both first and second floors of the building were included.
The second floor was completely gutted and new walls were framed. First floor had a major demolition take place as well. The new remodel included three openings cut in the 2nd floor with a glass railing and a new self-supporting steel staircase that gives a modernized look to Bremer Bank. The lobby is an open concept to better serve their customers. Offices, a breakroom, training rooms and more were included in the remodel.
