Beulah Wellness Center is a 26,610 SF building that consists of basketball courts, racquetball courts, fitness classrooms, rental party rooms, indoor golf simulator, raised track and locker rooms. This project was finished by March of 2018. For this project, we worked with many In-Kind Donors scheduling and coordinating them into the project. We are provided alternate materials and value engineering suggestions as cost savings options.
