Roers worked on the addition of new senior apartments for Bethany Grace Pointe, an upscale community for adults 55 and greater. The addition of 58 apartments feature an open floor plan layout, underground parking and an on-site pharmacy. Grace Pointe compliments the existing campus facilities.
