Roers is excited to announce we are building our third Kwik Trip/Kwik Star in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
This project includes site preparation, excavation, underground utilities, concrete paving and striping, as well as curb and gutter installation. Exterior features include brick veneer, precast concrete caps for the car wash, metal roofing, sheet metal flashing and gutters, EIFS finish system, and aluminum entrances and storefronts.
Interior construction consists of rough and finish carpentry, casework, building insulation, drywall, tile, suspended ceiling systems, resilient base, FRP, and painting. The build also includes complete installation of doors and hardware, metal fabrications, and all essential mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to deliver a fully operational and high-quality facility.
