Roers is proud to bring The Ranch at Bully Pulpit to life in Medora. This development will feature a 20-unit motel, an expansive event barn, an outdoor wedding venue, cart storage and pump building, and a maintenance facility — all supported by new infrastructure to serve the property.
The infrastructure work includes site preparation, excavation, and installation of underground utilities, as well as new roads, parking lots, and water reservoir tanks to meet fire suppression requirements.
The motel will be made up of two buildings with a total of 20 rooms, 10 rooms per building, and providing comfortable accommodations for wedding and event guests.
At the heart of the property, the event barn will span 11,000 square feet with a striking timber-framed design. This venue will host indoor weddings and gatherings and will include unique features such as a grain bin room, bridal suite, and groom suite. Just outside, a 540-square-foot outdoor wedding space will provide a scenic option for ceremonies.
The maintenance garage, built on a concrete foundation with wood framing, will house the water tank that supplies fire suppression systems for both the event barn and motel.
The cart storage and pump building, also constructed with a concrete foundation and wood framing, will serve as storage for golf carts used throughout the property, as well as housing the water pumps.
