| Jim Roers founded Roers' Construction in 1976. Under Jim’s leadership, Roers' has consistently
expanded the number and types of construction projects the company undertakes. We have
developed special expertise in the areas of commercial construction, senior housing, schools,
historic renovation, health care facilities, retail, and churches. |

| Jim has been actively involved in creating collaborative partnerships.
He was instrumental in the development of the Herdina Academy for the Construction Trades.
Jim chairs the Advisory Board for the Skills and Technology Training Center. Roers' Construction
and Development worked together with the Fargo Cass County Economic Development Corporation
on the development of a speculative building. We have consistently demonstrated our ability
to work together with others
